About

I have over 20 years of experience in academia, where I continuously worked on issues around gender and the economy. As I considered my next steps after academia, I asked a student-turned-research assistant-turned-coauthor-turned-friend what she thought I ought to do. She said that I “should be me, just louder.” With my work in SnowtreeCCT, I get to do exactly that. I apply my interest and passion for questions about gender relations and economics to a broader audience: businesses, organizations, teams, and individual people. Still, I work with and in the academic community, giving trainings, coaching, and keynotes.
