Top companies know the importance of recruiting and retaining the best employees. This work entails paying employees fairly and equally and ensuring that female employees know that they are valued.

An important tool in creating a culture of valuation is the analysis of gender-specific pay gaps. We calculate gender pay gaps and provide thorough quantitative analyses of the main issues driving potential pay inequality in companies. We assess where the problems in fairness and equality in the pay structure may lie. We can also complement this work with qualitative analyses, including focus groups and interviews.

At the latest in 2026, all large companies (100+ employees) in the EU will need to calculate their internal gender pay gaps and write and file a report. Very large companies (250+ employees) will need to do this on a yearly basis.

For businesses and public sector organizations, we offer groups trainings on the topics of equal pay and fair pay.

For research and educational institutions, we offer trainings on topics such as:

• Giving excellent presentations

• Writing grant proposals
• Excellent and innovative teaching
• Why and how to integrate gender into the core of research projects

We further offer trainings on bias and discrimination in decision-making processes that can be tailored to an organization’s particular structure and needs.
